A 6 months practical course at Educator Computer Institute and College (ECIC). Build foundational knowledge, practise through structured activities and complete a portfolio project.

• Presentations and Internet: Create a six-slide presentation and a professional email draft.
• IT Practice and Final Project: Deliver a small business office pack and a troubleshooting log.

Course materials

Included in the course: written concept notes, guided practice instructions, assignment briefs, assessment rubrics and module knowledge checks. Learners retain their editable project files and reflective notes.

Course structure

Six modules, twelve text lessons including six practical assignment briefs, and six quizzes with eighteen questions. Practical assignment submission is arranged with the instructor.
